Alex was wonderful! Looking for a home in Indiana while still in Texas was unique, but Alex went above and beyond to show us homes via FaceTime - He really understood what we were looking for and graciously drove all over half the state to let us see homes. We really appreciate everything he did for us and we are so happy in our new home in Bedford, Indiana! I would recommend Alex Everett Jr to anyone needing a great realtor!

Alex is so kind, considerate, and understood what we wanted. He matched our energy, brought a fun environment and knowledge to the process, and is an IU fan (one of the most important parts). Alex is not your typical agent. He becomes apart of the family in the best way! He can offer advice, but knows when to let you feel your emotions while going through the process too. Due to COVID 19 and me losing my job. Alex understood why we had to sell our beloved home in Ellettsville. I purchased a 1930s era farm house, sight-unseen, while overseas on Navy Reserve orders to Korea. As an older property I had concerns about its condition and, purchasing as-is, was exposed to significant risk. My 21st Century Scheetz agent, Alex Everett, very clearly understood these risks as well as, with his prior military experience, the challenges of working through the home inspection and closing processes while overseas. Alex consistently offered value-add recommendations and very proactive engagement with the selling agent, home inspectors, foundation contractors, and mortgage and closing companies throughout the process. He was available all hours to accommodate the nearly 12-hour time zone difference between Indiana and Korea. My degree of trust in Alex was demonstrated by a POA in which I assigned him signature authority to close in case I was unable to return from Korea in time. I am generally not one to offer glowing reviews, feeling responsible for finding areas to improve any person or process. But Alex and 21st Century Scheetz really his this home purchase out of the park and have my highest recommendation.
