Fred Calvello went above and beyond to make sure we were more than comfortable with the process, starting with narrowing down location, price, size, amenities. Fred continued to demonstrate exceptional services such as contacting listing agents and getting us in to every property we wanted to see in a very timely manner. Fred made himself available to answer questions and provide an ease of mind Monday-Sunday, which made our first home purchase nothing like horror stories you hear about first time home buying. He recommended people for inspections, mortgages, homeowners insurance whom all also provided exceptional service to expected standards. We started recommended Fred at the beginning of the process because of his work ethic. We couldn't say enough great things about Fred. The hiccups in the process came from other brokers, but on our end with Fred, we couldn't have had a more smooth and anxiety-free process. Wel see Fred at our housewarming!

Fred made a very stressful time an easy transition by guiding us through all the steps and explaining any necessary details. Fred consulted with us about the pricing of our home and guided us in the right direction. Fred was available to us any time 24/7. He responded promptly and always made us feel like a priority.
