Buyer reviewAl was a broker for a neighbor. They only said good things about him, so I called Al walked me through every step of the way. He went out of his way and handled all appointments and reminded me when I was needed at at what time. Excellent service. Al was beyond Professional.He explained everything step by step and went out of his way to help me close. the house had 3 offers on the first day! Before the sign was in the yard.

Seller reviewAl was willing to take on the selling of my mobile home when the Covid -19 pandemic started having guidelines set Al was very confident in the selling of my mobile home. He listed the mobile in different ways. Al always kept me informed about what was going on with the way the market is with mobile homes vs houses. I truly believe without Al and his team my mobile wouldn't have sold for the price that it was listed for. Al and his team were very awesome at keeping me informed on what was going on. When or if I purchase another house in the future I will definitely be contacting Al and his team. The team members working with Al on my sale were very polite and prompt getting the necessary paperwork to sign. Thanks to the joint efforts my mobile sold. I know now that the market for mobile homes is a tough market. Not many people consider owning one. But Al and his team made it happen. Big thumbs up. Thank you.

Buyer reviewWhen I first approached Alfred Espinor Jr we discussed what I was looking for and what my budget was. We were able to start right away with our first strategy. Unfortunately due to some issues out of our control we had to abandon our initial strategy. Al gave me the time and space to process the set back. Once I was able to process, he gave me the ability to restrategize. With our new strategy in hand we were able to successfully submit an offer. He guided me throughout the process, always putting my best interest first. Thanks to his guidance I'm a new homeowner.
