She took the time to understand what my fiancé and I wanted and provided reality checks when necessary, but was very thoughtful and kind about it. Alice was helpful in every step of the way. She was approachable, always available, and took the initiative to handle every issue we had. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my (numerous) questions.
