Im here to provide guidance on local schools, neighborhoods, where to shop, who to call for repairs and remodeling, and more. My passion is real estate and designing living spaces that are comfortable and attractive. I have formal training in residential architecture, as well as consulted on several interior design, decorating, and exterior renovation projects.

Buyer reviewMy fiance and I were bored one afternoon so we decided to visit an open house that was WAY out of our price range. There, we met Alicia. We told Alicia not to waste her time in going over the house with us as we were not interested and only wasting some time this afternoon. She gave off a great first impression and as we were leaving, she gave us her card and said once my fiance and I are ready to start house searching to give her a call if we need assistance. About 8 months later, we bought our first home through her. Alicia is very personable, which made our first home buying process a good experience. She is extremely patient and was there for us whenever we had questions or concerns. I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a new home, specifically to anyone purchasing their first home.
