In a very low inventory real estate market, Alison Daniels was able to find a property off market that met our specific needs. She led negotiations to ensure that we secured the property, and that we closed escrow on time. Not only was she knowledge about homes on and off market, she was able to connect us with local agencies to to make a smooth transition after the close of escrow. During the whole process, Alison was very communicative. She quickly responsive to my many questions and informed me about each step through escrow. Thank you Alison!!

She's available at any day/time, which really works with our busy lifestyle. Anything that was unclear to us about the property/land, Alison would help us figure it out, make necessary calls, send emails to the correct people and get us answers!
