Buyer reviewI would like to thank Allegra for her commitment and steadfastness in getting me my first home. She took me from house to house until she found the one that was perfect for me. She continued to be kind, patient and gracious during this process. I would recommend her as anyone's realtor. She definitely will be persistent in finding them the house that they are looking for. For those who will read this post, remember as a consumer, the realtor works for you and should act in your best interest. Century 21 Pledges "As your champion, advise and assist you in completing your purchase agreement, and present your offer in a light most favorable to you." I don't know if other agencies have the same pledge, but this is important that the agency stay committed to honoring that pledge because the decision is indeed ultimately the buyer.
