Seller reviewMy wife and I decided to go with Allen, because he was very helpful in the process of buying the very house we sold. He is a great buyers agent and just as exceptional as a seller's agent. We were approached by a couple of other realtors, but never thought about going with anyone else. Allen had a professional photographer come out and take pictures of the property, he had the pictures up the following day and within a matter of hours we had offers on the house. Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He really looked out for our best interest and negotiated accordingly. We will definitely be using Allen again for our future home purchases. Allen is the type of agent that you want in your corner wether you are buying or selling. In short, my experience with Allen was phenomenal. Allen really went above and beyond for us. We were dealing with an extremely onerous HOA and Allen provided great guidance. He stayed on top of everything from begining to end.

He found us our spotted zebra and helped us navigate the world of multiple offers, seller concessions, unexpected twists and never broke a sweat. He's the best.
