I took a leap of faith into a new career and it has proven to have made me a successful full-time Realtor. My extensive experience working with people to identify their needs and achieve positive outcomes has allowed me to easily transition that skill set to working with buyers and sellers in various real estate transactions. I 'm passionate and sincerely invested in my clients' best interest, which becomes apparent after the first meeting. My previous career has also equipped me with expertise in areas such as motivational interviewing, negotiating and conflict-resolution.
I am (mostly) a lifelong resident of CT, I have lived along the shoreline in New Haven County and right outside the heartbeat in Hartford County, providing me with a broad knowledge of the towns, local communities and everything CT has to offer.

You would never know she is in her first year as she has continued to break sales records. Allison will not skip a beat when it comes to getting your house sold. Prior to our putting our house on the market, she met with us to suggest some small improvements to make our home more marketable. After making the improvements she suggested, we put the house on the market and we were under deposit in under 4 weeks. Allison was always available to answer our questions and to guide us through the entire home sale process. I would highly recommend Allison to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working agent.

Seller reviewI needed to sell my father's house because he had moved into an elder care residence. I had initially started out with a different Century 21 agent, but was concerned that she did not have enough experience. When I learned that she had a full time job and that real estate was part-time only, I felt I needed to change. I was particularly concerned because my father's house was in a trust and was skeptical that this initial agent had the experience or knowledge on how to handle it. I contacted another Century 21 office (I had not initially realized that each office was individually owned and operated) and bounced my concerns off of the owner of that office. Within a day, I had a meeting with Allison Eddy-Bavaro and I liked her from the start. She was smart, buttoned up, thorough. And she gave me the sense that selling our property was her number one priority. Things progressed pretty quickly once we had Allison on board. She was in contact contact and offered advice along the way that enabled us to sell the house quickly.
