Ally Koening came in and evaluated our home. We had found a home we wanted to move to so she came back with the market analysis and packet very quickly. We were kept apprised of the status of the sales progress the whole time. She was in constant contact with all parties up to and through the closing. Even after the closing she had been helpful in tying up some loose ends. We would gladly be a referral for this amazing woman!
