In this day and age when everyone seems to be out for themselves, it was refreshing to work with someone that was genuine, professional, and sincere! Alma always went way out of her way to accommodate us,, even if it was a last minute request! She was a very good listener to the point that she remembered one of my children was celebrating a birthday and she very thoughtfully gave them a birthday gift on their birthday! That spoke volumes to us! I walked away from our experience with her, feeling like I was well taken care of and that I had gained a new friend! Alma was a DELIGHT! I wish everyone did business like her!

The experience I had with the Markovich Team was great. They understood the circumstances surrounding the nature of the sale of the property and drafted the best sale approach. They bent over backwards for me to ensure the property would attract the best qualified buyers. They also ensure I did not place too much funds into the property to bring it up to "sellable par". They were quite knowledgeable and very willing to address my concerns whether day or night. The Markovich Team knows families and knows how to keep the stress level down. I highly recommend their services to any buyer or seller.

Alma Markovich was excellent in the whole buying process for our new home. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was always there to answer our calls or texts to answer any questions we had. She has a beautiful spirit and makes the buying process unstressful and smooth. I don't think there are many realtors like Alma Markovich who go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
