My daughter at OU needed a place to stay and quick. It's 2 hours from where I live. We found a few properties online and scheduled a quick trip to look at them. We knew we wanted this houses as soon as we walked it. It was in a great area with a competitive price. Within 24 hours it has multiple offers. Amanda helped me find the sweet spot with our offer. We got the house At slightly over list price. Within 14 days of viewing we had closed and I had moved in my daughter and roommate. Amanda was fantastic thru the whole process. I highly recommend.
