Buyer reviewAmanda was willing to help and get things done fast as I was on a time crunch to get moved ASAP. She got me listing same day I first talked to her and did this all from out of state while on her vacation. Was able to have her partner show me homes while she was away and answered any questions I had. She had offers written up and in same day as looked at home. Gave me her knowledgeable opinion on what the right offer would be to help me with closing cost. She mad time to make it to the closing when she already had another closing scheduled shortly after mine. Amanda's partner made time to show me homes while Amanda was out of town

Buyer reviewAmanda was awesome at finding me houses on a regular basis. Was very flexible with my work schedule. Understood what I did and didn't want in a house/property. Was awesome at getting me the numbers of what my payment would be and taxes. Was patient with me when I didn't return phone calls sometimes. If I were to sell my house in the future I will be for sure contacting her again.

She was in constant contact with us with updates or even just to let us know she had no news for us and when she may have. She is very knowledgeable about what is needed to buy a house, we really had no idea what we were doing and she helped us along the way. All the way to closing she asked questions I would have never thought to ask such as what is a good internet service or a good garbage company in the area. It was such a pleasure to work with Amanda
