Seller reviewThis is the second property we have sold using Amanda. She took care of everything! It was a condo my father owned and he recently had health issues and we moved him with us in Georgia. Amanda was able to handle everything while we were living our lives in Georgia. She is a strong negotiator and got us more than we originally expected. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Livingston, Genesee or Shawassee County area! She is very knowledgeable and very familiar with the areas.

Her knowledge of mortgage lending was extremely helpful and absolutely needed in my situation. If it were not for Amanda's efforts, I truly believe the purchase of my home would not have happened. I had the most difficult time with the lender during this process. When I felt defeated, Amanda would go above and beyond. She reached out to the lender multiple times on my behalf, and would get things back on track. She was excellent in communicating, making sure I understood what was happening, and what the next step would be. I'm thankful for Amanda's guidance, her knowledge of the business, her professionalism, and her commitment to me as a Buyer.

Buyer reviewAmanda had previously sold our house for us. We had plans to build on property that we purchased. Some issues had come up with that so we decided to start looking at other options. Amanda knew our plans and that we did not have to purchase yet, yet she was more than willing to let us drag her all over the place well we explored other options. She was very patience with us.
