Amanda Heuser stood out because she was great about checking into different home options for us until we were really ready to buy. She helped me to get a feel for the Kentucky market which is much different than the California market that my husband and I were accustomed to. The ideal home came open for us before we expected it to and Ms. Heuser arranged a virtual tour of the home on the same day that I inquired about it. We quickly placed an offer on the home and within 30 days it closed and we pulled into Nicholasville, Ky via moving van and vehicle in tow from California the day before it closed. Amanda was great from the beginning to the end of the process. She seemed to know that 236 Blackthorn Dr., Nicholasville, Ky was the home for us even before we did. It was so amazing how everthing came together in a perfect way for us to have this home. I am thankful for the hard work and dedication Amanda has shown during this home buying process. She made it seem easy but I know that there was a lot of hard work going on behind the scenes. It was important to Amanda to get us into the house that we wanted. Other realtors that we have dealt with in the past pressured us to sell and buy fast without paying attention to what we wanted. It was as if Amanda was reading our minds while helping my husband and I to find our retirement home in Kentucky. We moved cross country from California to land in our ideal home.
