Buyer reviewMoving from another state can be a terrifying journey, but our journey was the exact opposite. Amanda took the time to help us understand the area so we could make an inform decision on where we would like to reside based on our wishes. She was always there for us, and found us our dream home. Throughout the process she has cheered us on and made sure that we were happy and would answer all of our questions (and freakoits) in a calm and timely manner. We highly recommend Amanda when buying a home!

Buyer reviewWe were assigned Amanda Karsten by either Zillow or Realtor.com. She reached out to us the same evening. She was truly a Godsend throughout our whole process!!! We had a very unique situation with time constrictions and budget, but she was a HUGE help for the whole 9+ months. Amanda is throughly trained and experienced in all areas. She was willing to explain things again and again until we understood the issues and could make an informed decision. She definitely earned her money with us! We actually miss talking to her every day! She ALWAYS promptly replied whether we contacted her by text, phone or email. Very professional, but caring and friendly as well. We cannot say enough good things about Amanda. It was extremely difficult emotionally to deal with this market, but she was always there with a word of encouragement and another property to consider. She was determined to find the perfect house/price and rode the rollercoaster with us. We are truly grateful for all her time and attention, and how she made us feel like we were her most important clients.

Seller reviewAmanda was for the buyer, I had a realtor that I was using but he was either to busy to take my calls or didn't respond back. With this being a house that belong to my mom, Amanda made it easy with the sale of the house since the house was in probate. She was willing to talk to my lawyer and get what needed to be done so I wasn't involved or me being in the middle. She explained what needed to be done, walked me through the steps. She is very to talk to and was always there to answer questions. I would recommend Amanda Kirsten. Who is either looking to buy or sell a house. It was a first time selling a house experience..
