Buyer reviewAmanda was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process from setting up several viewings when we first started looking, to coordinating with me,the seller,inspectors, and my lender once to quickly close once I'd found my home. As first time buyer, I also appreciated all of her help with answering my questions and making the process of home buying seem simple!

One of the best things about doing business with Amanda was her communications skills. She was always very clear and coherent when I had questions, and she kept my informed throughout the entire process. She especially excelled in the negotiation process. We dealt with some particularly difficult buyers, and Amanda knew exactly when to be firm and when to make concessions. We sold our house quickly and for a price I was more than happy with.

Buyer reviewI SPOTTED CENTURY21 FROM STREETAND AND A AGENT WAS SELECTED FOR ME AMANDA WADE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO SEND ME THE HOMES THAT HAD WHAT I WANTED AND MORE SHE ALSO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO SEE THE HOME BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A CAR ON MY FRIST VISTS TO INDIANA. I DID GOT A CAR FOR CLOSEING AS SOON AS I WALK INTO CENTEURY 21 OFFICE I WAS EMEDITLY GIVEIN ASSISTANT AND THEY WERE QUICK TO UNDRSTAND MY NEEDS AND WHAT I WS LOOKING FOR.
