We had a great experience with Amanda Wade. We were moving from out of state without a lot of familiarity with the city, so we really leaned on Amanda's knowledge of the area. She took the time to understand our lifestyle and interests, which just made everything easier and more efficient. She was extremely helpful as we navigated various situations from afar, and was clear and timely in all communications. Her calm demeanor and good sense of humor also helped us settle down when we were freaking out (and made house hunting pretty fun when we weren't freaking out!). Amanda also has a lot of contacts and a deep roster of professionals to call on, so we didn't have to dig around for our own recommendations when things needed to get addressed after we made our offer. Buying a house is stressful- having a knowledgeable and proactive agent like Amanda made the process so much better for us. We would work with her again, highly recommended!!

Amanda was so helpful throughout my entire house-hunt! I hadn't really thought through the importance of a realtor or everything that goes into buying, but she was there every step of the way. I was buying from out of state, so I was very appreciative of how accessible and willing to help Amanda was every day. It was great to have someone who not only understands real estate but who is also knowledgeable of and invested in Indianapolis.

The main issue I had come across in considering other realtors/brokers was it felt like they did not take me seriously as a buyer and spent more time questioning our commitment to the idea of buying than figuring out what we were looking for. This was not at all the case with Amanda! After doing a walk through of the first house that my husband and I selected to view on our own searching she immediately picked up the biggest things we were looking for, and I kid you not - I think the next house she sent us was the one we ended up buying! We had a few other homes we considered, but that's how good she was. She immediately targeted a home that met all the key things we were looking for and the next home she sent our way was the one we decided to buy at the end of our searching. She's awesome and I highly recommend her to any and all buyers, and I think she's especially good with people from the younger generation like my husband and I. Amanda has an amazing eye to detail and very expansive knowledge of the entire process. She makes sure to never answer questions that aren't realtor specific without noting she is not an actual- "inspector"/"loan person"/insert any specific job related question a first time buyer could have, but even when we asked the experts from the specific field the same question, her answers with the condition noted were always right on point, that's how expansive her knowledge of the field is! I will be recommending Amanda's services to any and all I know who are buying, and probably if we eventually buy a new home again someday, ourselves! Working with Amanda was nothing but an all-around incredible experience. Do they give out awards for being a top real estate agent? If so, Amanda should be winning it! She was always so flexible with our schedule, which was amazing because we are both lawyers and often weren't available other than on weekends and evenings, and she always made time for us anyways. She is always was very positive, but not in a way that makes you feel like you have to act like you like a home/home-feature when you don't actually, and she's always open to hearing the buyer's feedback on likes/dislikes of a given home, and then she makes great recc's based on the feedback. She's very approachable and easy to talk to. She's very friendly and great at working with the seller's realtor so you can get a general feel of what to expect in your negotiations.

Amanda was great! She was thorough through each step in the process. She was a pleasure to work. She was quick to respond and her availability was extremely helpful. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful to explain things that I did not originally consider. I would recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a home and I will use her in looking for my next home.

Amanda is our go to realtor for buying and selling. This was our first time selling and the entire process was very smooth from listing to closing. We had a multiple offer situation and Amanda was great at helping us work through choosing the best offer. She was always available to answer questions and give advice when needed. We will continue to use Amanda for all of our real estate needs and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a caring and great realtor.

Amanda was an amazing realtor and I am so glad we selected her to sell our house. She did such a good job marketing the house that we had 6 offers in one day. It was a bit daunting dealing with so many offers that were all so different. But, with Amanda's expertise, we were able to accept an offer significantly over asking price with a clean and easy close in 30 days.
