Seller reviewAmber is a gift to work with. She is very responsive and works hard to get you anything you need. We chose her because she is a woman with connections who is invested in our city and is well known. She understands relationships matter! She also has an excellent mix of professionalism, realism, and fun. We had previously listed our home with another broker and agent and it sat forever with very little interest. Amber turned our home selling slump into a home run. She brought us more showings in the first week than we had in the entire 4 months the other agent had the home. Most importantly, she brought us an offer within 11 days! I can't recommend her enough!

Buyer reviewAmber Patrick has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house on our in the past, we asked Amber to help us one final time. After an initial phone call, she quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. As we have started to look for a new home she has been quick to pass on homes we might have an interest and quickly show them to us in this fast moving market. Amber came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! We will definitely use her again for selling or buying!
