Amber Traylor understood the assignment and executed beyond our expectation! When she told us to expect more than list price offers, I thought she was just telling us what we wanted to hear. I was wrong! Amber has an in-depth knowledge of the market, she knew how to properly price the property. Amber walked us through how to choose the best offer without focusing on just the offer price but to take into account other things that came with the offers such as full waiver etc. If you're looking for an agent who is patient, approachable, communicates well and most importantly someone who makes the process of selling or buying a house easy to maneuver, I highly recommend Amber Traylor.

Amber played a critical part in us obtaining our new home. We were out of the state so she was our eyes and ears when looking for a new house. She quickly learned what we liked and didn't like and found properties that suited me and my wife's taste and style. Her knowledge of the housing market played a big role in us being able to secure our new home. Her recommendation/advising us on how much to bid so we didn't over bid and still have a high strong offer in this very competitive market were vital.
