Amy came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I had posted on facebook asking friends for recommendations for realtors in the home buying process, as it was our first time! I had quite a few responses, but we called Amy first because my friend gave her a glowing review and because her office was very close by to us. After speaking with her over the phone, we decided that she was a good fit for us being local, recommended by a friend, and she clearly understood what we were looking to do. She made the process easy and painless for us, which was critical since we didn't know what we were doing! Also, she was very responsive to any questions and concerns. She succeeded in helping us look at several homes, aided us in selecting our home, gave us very good advice in regard to structuring our offer in such a way to increase our chances of having it accepted by the seller, and eventually closing, signing everything, and get moved into our new home! AND, she accomplished it all in under 2 months from start to finish, which was a lofty goal we set in the beginning that we weren't actually sure was possible! But she made it happen, and we didnt have to settle for a home that was less than perfect! We love our new home, and we will forever be grateful to Amy for her help! We will certainly recommend her to all of our friends and family in the future!

First time home buyer experience review; My wife and I met with one other agent before we were referred to Amy. Upon meeting Amy, we knew immediately she was the agent for us. Amy completely understood our budget and requirements. Amy didn't waste our time showing us undesirable or overpriced houses. She also worked in sync with our mortgage lender. Amy found us an amazing deal on a house that was under priced and had only been on the market for mere minutes.
