Amy Heffelfinger wrote an excellent description of my home. It captured all of its positive attributes and was well-written. I periodically edit documents for others and was wowed! Because we saw "the home" we wanted to put a bid on just prior to leaving for our honeymoon, my home had to be listed and sold while I was in Portugal for two weeks. Talk about relinquishing control! Amy assured me that she and Daniel could take care of everything and they DID. That included, among other things, taking out two large cat litter boxes daily (and putting them back in at the end of shows), uncovering a sofa daily, and even removing an old sofa that I had planned to toss. It would not have made a good impression! Rather than open houses, I requested scheduled appointments with pre-approved individuals. Amy listened to my thoughts and preferences and followed through on them. When needed, she made suggestions, based on her experience, which were much appreciated and valued. Amy sent me frequent updates and coordinated beautifully with my cat care person. She emailed me summaries of the various offers that came in and I trusted her immensely to represent the home and look out for my interests while I was so far away. Dan, our lender, was outstanding. From our first meeting with him, my husband and I felt confidence that he was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to comprehend as he explained the loan process. Throughout, he was steady and informative. We had more than a few conversations with him while we were out of the country. He was patient with us and clarified many questions we had about the finances. When we returned, he carefully monitored interest rates to get us the lowest one possible. Dan has excellent communication skills and an ability to break down complex terminology for the lay person :) Cassie has been a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, detailed oriented and pleasant to work with. My husband will be selling his home in the near future. Early on in my selling process, he decided that this group will sell his. I HIGHLY recommend them for their competence, experience, trustworthiness and care. They are simply the BEST!
