Each unique market, including individual subdivisions in the same market area, can be very different from one another for a multitude of reasons. This is why I specifically work in a smaller market area and I am able to convey inside and detailed knowledge to my clients. Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist. Local knowledge, unique strategizing and interpersonal dynamics as well as my love of working with people has been the secret to the success of my business. She was incredible in selling our home last year, and went out of her way to help us get into a rental home while we looked to have our new home built, and she was right there with us through the entire process. Amy Herzog is simply amazing and I just can't ever imagine using anyone else but her for any real estate needs. We love Amy and just think the world of her. My kids are always asking when Amy is coming over or if we can see Amy again. Our family just adores her. Professionally Amy is simply amazing. She has incredible knowledge of the market, the area, the builders and the people, as well as the conditions of a home and what is and isn't expected. Amy is a very driven and hard working, and still finds the time to make your needs priority #1. Communication is very important to me, and Amy is always out thinking us and several steps ahead of us and communicating to us during the entire process. Amy suggested to us to have our new home inspected, which went against our builders suggestion. I'm so glad that Amy suggested this as it uncovered several area's with in the home that needed repair. Amy also came with us to our final walk through and she again found several other problems that needed to be fixed before we closed on our property. Amy's suggestion and keen eye to detail is incredible and we are very thankful for her time and efforts to us for the purchase of our home.

Seller reviewAmy is the best. Made specific suggestions on how to sell our home quickly for fair market value. This included updating floors, appliances, etc we followed her suggestions as much as we could afford and it certainly paid off. We trusted her right up front because of her depth of knowledge and experience plus a n excellent personal recommendation from a friend. Amy presented the property so effectively, it sold before actually going on MLS. This was very pleasing to us.

She made me feel so comfortable in our decision to sale our home and spent so much time explaining her plan of attack for selling our property and answering all my questions I was sold on her immediately. It felt like fate. Amy sold our property to a couple via the internet. We received $5000 over asking. The buyers didn't see the property in person until two days before closing. It was sold on her pictures, details in the description & communication with their agent. She was there every step of the way to answer our questions and to help the buyers get all the information they requested. I have highly recommended Amy. She is excellent at her job & made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She was super responsive no matter what time of day or night when I texted or called her. She was professional & knowledgeable and deserves high praises for the wonderful job she did for us. Amy Herzog truly is a wonderful realtor. We could not have been happier with the sale of our home. She ROCKS!

Buyer reviewAmy Herzog was unbelievable. My wife and I couldn't have had a better experience. A few of my friends are going through purchasing a house as well but I was the one telling them the good areas, the comps for the neighborhoods, good houses, bad houses and what not because of Amy. Not only did she inform us of everything, she was so positive. I know that our price range wasn't very high but she still treated us like we were purchasing a million dollar home. She will be recommended to every person I know that will be going through this process. She has become a friend and we really enjoy her. Again, we couldn't have gotten a better realtor. Truly AMAZING! There are no words that can explain how perfect/smooth all of this went. I think all the other sections I have stated how amazing, wonderful, outstanding, personable, passionate, hard working and respectful she was and the company. Couldn't have had a better experience.
