Amy offered many things I needed: familiarity with the area of Spokane, an understanding of what we were looking for in a home, and a thorough and patient demeanor to accommodate my inquisitive nature as a first-time homebuyer. She organized a list of homes for me to see during a short trip I took to Spokane and before I flew back to the Southeast, we had made an offer on a house. From the time that the idea of buying a house was mentioned until the day the house was funded, Amy worked tirelessly to see to our needs. During the closing process, she continued to be accessible and informative, offering sound advice when needed.
