Amy is a native Tulsan, and very proud of this community. Living here all of her life makes her confident in each market of this city. Before deciding to obtain her real estate license, she studied International Business at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa. Most recently, she's worked in the service industry for the past 20 years, predominantly for McNellie's group with management experience. This has provided Amy with strong customer service skills, a value for communication, and a knack for creative problem-solving. She takes great pride in building meaningful and lasting relationships. Amy is eager to provide a smooth and enjoyable process for reaching clients' goals, with responsibility and commitment, in what could be one of the biggest investments in life. In her free time, Amy likes to enjoy live music (when possible), play social sports, and spend time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Buyer reviewAmy Stutsman was very professional and helpful, when problems arose between the sellers and myself. She went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were heard. She performed her duties, while at the same time understanding the needs and requirements that needed to be met because of unforeseen circumstances when closing was delayed. She provided an alternative path forward that resulted in the closing being completed, although delayed. I would recommend Amy to all my friends and relatives.

Amy went above and beyond what we expected. Amy was very accessible. We probably texted her more than we texted our family and she was always quick to respond (even when she was on vacation).

She really understood what I was looking for in a new home and being from the area she could recommend local things for me too. I was at work during the inspection so Amy went for me, I really appreciated someone being around for that. It was nice working with people that were so easy to get in touch with. They didn't mind explaining the paperwork to me and were always quick to get answers to me. April and Amy were both excellent to work with. This was my first house hunting experience and Twenty First definitely made it easy for me.
