Amy is a fantastic agent and I would definitely bring any other real estate business I had to her. Amy was absolutely fantastic to work with. We encountered some challenges during the entire phase of the sale from inspections and assessments and Amy was extremely helpful in getting us through a number of hurdles. She is extremely knowledgeable on the Fox Valley area and I had very specific requests for features I was looking for in a new home and she helped me find one that met all of the items on my "wish list". She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate questions and if there was something she did not know (even if it was not her job to know, i.e. questions on loans and financing) she would find out for me and get back to me quickly. Amy was extremely helpful in giving me advice and suggesting things to look for and what to watch out for when we went to view properties. She was also indispensable in the offer and negotiation phases in her recommendations and explanations of all that was going on. Without her I would have been lost for what needed to be done and wouldn't have known specific things to ask for. In the end I got everything I asked for and more. Amy was very good at communication in all aspects of our business together and would always get back to me promptly with updates and necessary paperwork. I would recommend her for her personality, dedication to her clients and her boundless enthusiasm.

She worked very hard to sell my property and did more than what her job requirements are. I chose Amy because I saw she changed careers on fb and wanted to give her a chance. We all start somewhere. She also understood that I am living in a different state. I knew being new she could help with things that I needed as she wasn't overloaded yet. Experience takes time. She was and is amazing. She went above and beyond in many circumstances.

Buyer reviewFrom the beginning of my house search with Amy it was clear to me how much she really wanted to help me find a home. I would find a list of houses that I wanted to see from my research online and she would promptly get showing set up so I could go and see them in person. Also with the criteria I had in what I was looking for in a home she also would send me emails with listings to look at. When the time came and I had finally found the house I wanted to call home, Amy did a great job walking me through the whole process, which would have been pretty daunting task without all her help along the way. Being a first time home buyer she made sure I understood everything that was going on with all the paperwork and fine details. It really took a load of worries off my shoulders knowing that if I had any questions or concerns she would do everything she could to answer them. All said and done I don't see how my experience could have been any better with anyone else out there. If I have the need for a realtor in the future, for either buying or selling, I will be using Amy Wuest as my realtor once again.
