Buyer reviewWe spoke with three different brokers, but Ana was so relatable and really understood what we were looking for. Ana was always available to us, even on her days off. She was friendly and made the entire process so much easier. She understood our frustrations (never with her) and helped us work around any issues.

Buyer reviewI was connected with Ana by placing an inquiry for a condo on Redfin. At the time, I didn't have a realtor and was looking at a few options of finding one. Ana promptly responded to my inquiry and made a great impression upon our first meeting -- she invited me to her open house that day and then showed me three more properties that afternoon! She really got my search off the ground that day. Ana had really valuable feedback on the properties and neighborhoods I viewed, and offered comps/other evidence to back it up! She was always on top of things (especially when some of the other parties didn't seem to be!) for which I'm very grateful. I can easily give a top rating to Ana based on my experience!

I met Ana, which I call it a lucky break, after I was looking forward to submit a bid to purchase one of the homes that we liked. At that point, I asked her to represent both buyer and seller and she was more than happy to help us both. After careful inspection, we decided to look for other options for our home purchase. She was so motivated and consistent in her pursuit of looking wonderful homes that was within our budget and preference. She was SUPER FAST in responding back and forth for ANY question or comment that I had. I can not say how happy I am now after she found us a TERRIFIC 2016 built Townhouse. We were lucky that we closed the escrow and now we are home owners after almost 20 years. The whole escrow process was seamless. She did TERRIFIC coordination between escrow, loan officer, and us. I can not describe the smooth transaction, motivation, and support! Ana, I want to say THANK YOU for such a superb service. This would have not been done without YOU! So glad, proud, and humbled by your service. I do not write reviews much but I do this with my utmost pleasure and willingness.
