Mrs. Scaggs provided me with a great deal of guidance, so i never felt that I was alone in my first home purchase process. She took the fear out of the process and was happy to explain details about the contracts. I don't know how she does it. I would not recommend anyone buy a house without having an Agent of her knowledge level. It was a bonus having Mrs. Scaggs in terms of her knowledge of the general area. She provided excellent tour videos too, as I was buying "site unseen". I was sincerely impressed with Mrs. Scaggs' ability to assist me on so many professional levels, to include explaining details of the contracts. Interestingly, I never felt pressured by Mrs. Scaggs, She was easy to contact, very responsive, and always provided the answers I needed for my questions. She never gave me a response like, "gee, I don't know". I feel that I really got lucky to have been paired up with her. I wouldn't buy another house without her. Mrs. Scaggs made the home buying process easy to navigate, easy to understand, and even made it quite enjoyable, which I did not expect at the onset of the process. She provided me with plenty of available houses to view and consider, and she really zeroed in on my interests. The operative term here is "my" interests. I really appreciate the work she put into helping me. I felt overwhelmingly supported by Mrs. Scaggs. Highly Recommend!

Ananda is a pleasure to work with. She is very prompt with communications and information. Selling a property from out of state can be challenging. From property inspections and addressing repairs, Ananda was an incredible assistance in all aspects. I was fortunate to come across her.

We made a bid on another property previous to this one. The realtors with which Ananda was required to correspond and deal, were impossible people. She was always professional and never negative. She is also genuinely excited for her clients when they close on their property. She was for us. She is always on her game. Always. She never allows negative people to throw her off. She follows through, and will not let you down.

I was purchasing this property from overseas. Ananda made all the necessary arrangements for me. Everything was completed without necessitating a trip to Oklahoma.
