My prior experiences with other coops did not go as well as I expected until I requested Ms. Scelisi to be my buyer's agent. I now realize how important it is to have a buyer's agent that deals with the negotiations and leg work involved on your behalf and makes sure that you get the best deal possible. Andrea is very knowledgeable in Real Estate and knows her job well. She was able to communicate between myself and the management, as well as the seller's agent in a timely manner.
