I have been serving clients in the Real Estate Industry Since 2005. I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Marketing, which I put to use every day in my Real Estate career! I acquired a lot of my training in Real Estate as a New Home consultant at Lennar Homes from 2005 to 2011. In the new home industry, I learned the construction process and quality of materials used on a home, the mortgage process, closing process, and most importantly customer service. Since then, I have gained the knowledge and skills to become a proficient, resourceful, and a successful Realtor.
When I decided to go into general Real Estate in 2011, I quickly realized the importance of being backed by a well-established and reputable company like CENTURY 21, who is the #1 real estate organization in the world, allowing me to deliver top notch service to you!
For 4 years in a row, I have been honored with the Centurion and Grand Centurion award, which is given to top producers in sales volume. As stressful as a time as it is to sell a house, she was the calm we really needed to get through all of the aspects. Whenever we had any questions or needed advice, she was there. Seller reviewAndi is the best! It's our third transaction (buying twice and selling once) with her in less than 12 months totalling over $2.5M. Each one was flawless - very responsive in inquiries and always a guiding hand. Her team is also excellent in the processing and closing of the properties. The best attitude and professionalism! Whether you're listing a $400k or buying a multi-million dollar house, Andi treats you the same - with respect, can-do attitude, professionalism and always going the extra mile. Had very little interest in this expensive waterfront lot due to the current market, but she followed up with this buyer and gave them the timely (and late night) responses to get it done! We highly recommend Andi for both buying and selling!

Andreina present at the pre walk helped us correct all the minor issues as she have a trained eye .
