Had a good sense of humor and we had some fun too. Andy was easy to work with. Everything went smooth. Local knowledge was important because Ft. Wayne grew a lot in the 25 years we were gone. All facets of the home purchase went as expected. Not much else to say except that it couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend Andy.
