Andy Johnson was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. The buyers inspector gave erroneous information about the electrical system to the buyers causing them to rethink their purchase. Andy set up a meeting with the buyers and the electric company to show all the work that had been done - it eased their minds and they wanted to go forward with the sale. It was the perfect thing to do. Andy makes you feel like you're his only client- always available and patiently answers any questions. I would highly recommend Andy Johnson for buying or selling real estate.
