We noticed the difference straight away. Anelia provided great intel on the area and was able to provide guidance for our offer. We didn't end up buying the house, but a few weeks later we found the right one. Throughout the process, Anelia was very knowledgable and communicative. She got to know our likes and dislikes and found us a house that aligned with our priorities. We almost backed out of buying it. But Anelia's assessment of the house and the circumstances was an important factor in our decision to move forward. We're so glad we were able to work with such an incredible real estate agent!
