My former position as a Real Estate Appraiser gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying or selling a home should be a happy venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I help guide my clients through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure.

Steve was patient as we worked through the various areas of the Valley where we were interested in purchasing. Steve showed us many homes throughout Scottsdale & Phoenix until we found one we would like to purchase. Steve was able to negotiate a lower sales price than listed as well as get us enough seller concessions to pay for all of our closing costs plus buydown our interest rate. Angela navigated the details of the executed purchase contract and the inspection report. She was our spokesperson with the inspector, title company and listing agent, making the transaction seamless. Angela & Steve make themselves available any time my husband or I had questions. I could not have asked for a better real estate team to help us purchase our new home.
