Buyer reviewAngela Marino did not hesitate to walk through all the land parcels we were interested in, brambles and all. She's a real trooper! She understood what we were looking for and took the time to help us find it, despite the relative low amount of $$ involved. Angela researched everything for us in great detail. She made us very comfortable about our decision by providing as much information as possible. Angela is very friendly and professional and I would recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewAngela was extremely responsive in all aspects. This started as a remote purchase and she went above and beyond to drive to properties and view them on our behalf. Angela was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and managed the post contract process extremely well. I was particularly impressed with Angela's knowledge of the various communities around Asheville and she was invaluable in helping us narrow down our search. We were looking at more rural properties as well as vacant land and Angela was able to answer all of our questions regarding utilities, easements, and restrictions. We came into town for just one week in our search for properties and Angela was ready to show them all and we managed to find our home during that visit. I would highly recommend Angela Marino for anyone searching for the right property in the Asheville area!!

All aspects of the closing and negotions of my obtaining this property were performed with professionalism and attention to my requests Angela handled all inspections and contractor contact for me resulting in my getting the home I envisioned it to be without seeing it's completion untill after closing!

From our very first interaction Angela was professional, responsive, helpful, and operated more like a friend than a realtor. The process to me finally buying the land I was looking for was neither quick nor easy due to my specific needs & a seller than was tough to deal with. Angela did a fantastic job throughout the process to help out wherever possible and be an advocate for my wants & needs. Angela would likely agree my purchase was unusual in many ways - but she was always willing to adapt and overcome all situations that came our way. By the end of the buying process I have come to see Angela more as a partner than a realtor; and I have no reservations to recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase real estate. The next time I am looking to buy or sell any sort of real estate Angela will be the first call I make.
