Seller reviewIf anyone is selling a house I recommend Angie Warlick without hesitation. Don't think, just use Angie Warlick. I'm not a friend or relative. I chose Angie from an internet search and got lucky. She knows her business and the area. There wasn't a question she didn't have an answer for, she was TOTALLY courteous/patient with all my questions, and was always available. She ALWAYS did what she promised or said she would do - I never had to ask twice. She never lied or tried to be slick. She's an honest and decent woman who you can trust. I wasn't local so she even helped with issues I couldn't handle due to my absence. She really is great. If this review doesn't convince you then just look at her awards and resume for her business acumen, professionalism, and accomplishments. You don't get them for being 2nd rate. I chose her based on that and am very satisfied with my experience. Cannot say enough good things about her.
