Buyer reviewAnisa could not have been more helpful or kind. Anisa was very helpful and informative. She quickly responded to emails, calls and texts, even outside of normal working hours. She promptly emailed or called us to let us know to sign paperwork and explain what it was for. She also made sure everyone involved was timely and coordinated with decision making. We are very happy with our house and we feel fortunate that we could tour it, put an offer in immediately and get accepted all on a Sunday. Our experience with Anisa was fantastic.

Buyer reviewMy lending company contacted Century 21 and Anisa Johnston called me. I currently live and work on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. Anisa called me and I explained to her that I wanted to purchase a home in Alpena and I provided her with the dates I would be in Alpena and available to view homes. Anisa went above and beyond in making herself available to show me as many homes as possible in the 2 weeks I was there. I can not begin to say how much I appreciated Anisa and her patients in my quest to find and purchase a home. Anisa was very knowledgeable, available, patient and considerate. If I could vote for Alpena's BEST realtor I would vote for Anisa!

Buyer reviewVarry polite bunch of people in general.i started with Randy z. But he ran into some family issues at the time. When I first started looking for a house, I didn't realize how hard the conditions were going to be for rural development loans.but wince I got started the first few houses didnt meet the requirements but once Anisa started showing us properts things got a lot easier. Before long we found the house that fit what we wanted. Everything fell into place ( which is hard because I was in Charlotte mi for a few weeks and then Adrian mi after that).
