I moved to Washington from California in 1989 and joined Century 21 in Spokane. Relocating to Anacortes and now make my home in Mt Vernon. I grew up in the Midwest, have a daughter and 3 adult grandchildren, 1 in Argentina, 1 in Virginia and 1 in Utah. My one addiction is real estate.

Sharon Stokes recommended Anita. I looked at several houses with Anita and knew she was the right agent for me. Anita has been in real estate for 30+ years. Anita is very knowledgeable about real estate in general including all the rules and regulations in this area. Anita is very personable and willing to help her clients find a home no mater what their budget. Anita embodies all the above and more. Anita has been by my side for 5 years as we looked at houses. We made many offers but were always outbid. I had money in the bank but not enough to pay cash. I had no credit related to a bankruptcy in 2011. My income was low. Most houses were out of my reach. Anita was always positive. Don't worry we'll find one. It was a long journey but we found one. Anita is a one in a million real estate broker. Anita did an excellent job from start to finish. I recommend Anita to anyone I know that's buying a home. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I will use Anita for all my real estate transactions.
