Anita made this whole experience as stress free as possible. I was worried about buying a home from 3 hours away while working full-time, but Anita was so flexible and encouraging the entire time. I ended up making an offer before even viewing the condo, but because of Anita's dilligence with facetime calls and providing her honest opinions, I felt confident in my decisions. Anita went above and beyond to make sure we understood the entire process and kept us informed on Knoxville neighborhoods and the housing market.

Buyer reviewAnita was referred to us by Rocket Mortgage. She was immediately engaged in our desire to relocate from Buffalo, NY to the Knoxville, TN area. She was familiar with doing virtual tours which made the house hunting task a lot less stressful. Anita's husband is also an agent and occasionally filled in when Anita was not available. In this market it was very important to us to "see" new listings as quickly as possible and between the two of them, they were willing and able to accommodate. I would recommend Anita to others and I would be very happy to use her myself if/when we decide to make another move.
