We recently purchased our first home and Ann was the best realtor we could have asked for during the process. She was attentive, professional, extremely responsive, and fun to work with too! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and guided us through the process every step of the way. She went out of her way to attend every open house and provide us with transparent and knowledgable advice. Ann always had our best interest at heart. Full disclosure – Ann DiMascio is one of my dearest friends. She recently helped me sell my mom & stepdads home after losing both of them in less than a year. We recently jumped into the current crazy market of 2021 and had an amazing experience with Ann Dimascio. It was our first time selling and buying a home at the same time and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process over the course of many months. She was very calm, patient, professional and knowledgable as we searched for a new house. Never once did we never felt ever feel pressured to purchase or make a decision. She met with us frequently and listened to our needs and dream list. She also asked great questions helping us figure out what we really wanted. We also house hunted and moved with kids (and a newborn), and she was very understanding and accommodating. She would even go above and beyond what I would expect. For example, a shipment of lights arrived at our old home and she offered to pick them up and transfer them to our new home-totally not necessary, but amazingly helpful as we just had a baby. She would entertain our kids when they got tired of going to open house after open house. Her communication was excellent: very responsive and she was always available even at 'non traditional' hours. She made us feel like we were her only client. We had worked with a realtor before from a competing company, but this was hands down the best experience we've ever had with a realtor. Ann is incredibly reliable, hardworking, dependable and an incredible source of experience and knowledge. You really felt like she was advocating for you and you only! I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone going through the selling and buying process! Ann is the best!

Ann DiMascio treated me like family. The home buying process is scary, a lot of times heartbreaking, stressful and taxing. I had fun buying a house. It felt like I was safe in my decisions getting to work with Ann. She listened and guided me, she picked up the phone and helped me post purchase, she never gave up on me and she fought for me in every way she could to make sure my dream house would be mine.
