Ann was amazing to work with from the start. She was always ready with answers for every questions I had and there where lots. She was very kind and caring about finding exactly what we wanted in our home. I really can't thank her enough.

Ann Parker was professional, friendly and determined in her efforts to market and sell my property. I realize that a mobile home sale isn't the most lucrative broker proposition, but she was vigilant in pursuing leads. She was even patient and kind to a potential buyer when the woman was unreasonable and demanding, as well as indecisive to a fault. She was alert and knowledgeable from the onset through the closing. I couldn't have asked for a move professional and talented broker. She knew her trade through and through. One of your finest assets!! She was particularly appreciative of the records of the home that I kept and turned over to the buyer. (i.e. appliance guarantees, Gentran unit records and improvement records to the home)...The buyer was delighted and happy with Ann's input as well. She worked equally well with both buyer and seller to answer questions and provide accurate information. I was surprised that the first potential buyer's deposit was returned to her. In giving earnest monies upon the house inspection results, I would've assumed that would have been kept by the realty company. It prolonged the sale of the home unnecessarily and I think that small amount should have been kept for the realty company and/or seller who lost time and money because of her change of heart. I would recommend Ann in a heartbeat to anyone interested in selling their home. In fact, I have a neighbor who will most likely sell in then ear future and have told him about her. I don't live in the area, but will continue to visit relatives and friends in that area. Didn't seem to be anyone much around when I went to the office to drop off a spare set of keys for Ann. I waited and a woman finally came out of an office (seeing another customer out) and she was courteous and helped me.

We didn't know Ann at first, but she came to our home with enthusiastic optimism, about selling our home, and that sealed the deal! Ann was so refreshing after having a disappointing experience with another agency. she is the utmost professional and went above and beyond what we thought was the norm. She kept us apprised of all the goings on with our house as we had moved out of state. we truly could not have sold our home without her lead. She is one in a million. We always felt as if we were her only client, she was always positive and kind, and returned our correspondence in a timely matter.
