Ann is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She has a fantastic personality and super easy to work with. Ann helped us with every aspect of the transaction from making beautiful marketing flyers, negotiating the contract, securing township appointments, being present at inspection and appraisal as well as all township inspections, she helped with everything. She was prompt with her communication at all times of the day. Ann is super friendly and reassuring with her knowledge and extensive experience. We can't be happier with Ann's services. She really made this deal work and made it stress free for us which as anyone who has sold a house knows, is an extremely stressful experience. We had already scheduled a business trip to New Jersey about 4 months prior to when we were going to be there. About 3 days before the trip, my husband found out that he was required to transfer to the New Jersey office. I immediately got online, and started trying to find houses on Realtor.com. When I found a house that I liked, I selected "contact Realtor", or some such type of button. What impressed me with Ann, is that she was the first Realtor to contact me, and it was within minutes of when I had initiated the contact process. It was also around 9 pm at my home, which is 10 pm in New Jersey. I was able to speak with her, and tell her we had a limited time to be in New Jersey (only 4.5 days), and asked if she could set up as many houses for us to look at while we were there. I eventually heard from about 4 other Realtors, but I had already decided to go with Ann Marie. Over the course of the next 3 days, I bombarded her with listings which I was interested in seeing, and she also found listings for me to consider. Her organizational skills are amazing, and when we arrived in New Jersey, she had lined up as many listings as we could possibly fit into 3 days, and they were all sorted by area. We didn't waste any time backtracking from one listing to the other. I was very impressed, and so glad I had chosen Ann Marie. We found the house we eventually purchased on the first day of looking, and she took us back to the house multiple times so we were sure this was the one. Ann Marie is a true professional. She is knowledgeable in her field. I haven't bought a house in 24 years, and she was patient with every one of my questions. She was helpful in explaining the purchasing process, and was on top of all the details. When our seller requested an expedited closing by an entire month from the initial closing date we had proposed, she handled it in stride. Juggling the mortgage process, the lawyer review, the communications with the seller, getting quotes for us to use for negotiating a lower price, and handling many other details that I probably don't even know about, she kept the process moving forward. We actually finished on time with all the details. She was amazing, and so helpful. She returned my calls at all hours of the day and late into the evening. I could not have asked for a better experience in buying a house, especially when she was over 800 miles away from me during this process. Ann Marie was the best in communicating details with me. She was very patient in answering my questions, and was accessible at odd hours, weekends, and holidays. Ann Marie made this house buying experience a delight. She was friendly, responsive to my questions, very organized and professional. She was a good negotiator, excellent with helping us understand everything from expected monthly payments, to how the mortgage process works. She got the job done in an amazingly short time, and worked with us on our limited schedule to be in New Jersey before the purchase. We absolutely could not have found a better Realtor than Ann Marie Burke.
