Ann keeps the client informed by phone, text, email and in-person contact. She listens carefully to the clients specifications and discreetly offers suggestions. The photos she takes show her keen eye and sense of style. The captions she writes for the photos capture attention and clearly explain the view. My husband and I are overwhelmed with her performance. Ann Schroeder is sharp. She reviews all with a fine tooth comb. Ann noticed discrepancies and explained them to us before the closing so there would be no surprises. The seller's agent nor the person conducting the closing were aware of the errors which were resolved cordially thanks to Ann.
