Seller reviewVinny was a great neighbor so we always said we would use him if we sold and years later we did. He came through with flying colors. This was a long drawn out and stressful closing and Anna was there for us emotionally to keep us calm throughout the chaos. She is a great listener and makes everything okay. She is realistic in her approach to everything and her knowledge and expertise was different from Vinny so they worked together really well! We relied on both of them for so many things and they came through being there for us to even the last days AFTER closing and beyond. They really went above and beyond in so many ways abd I am grateful for everything they did for us.

For this reason, we chose to use him for the sale of our home in the Bronx. Anna Marino was very instrumental in selling my home. She did a great job!

She always communicates on a regular basis and addresses all of our concerns in an expeditious manner. We were the lucky ones to have an awesome agent. Anna Marino is the best. She treated us (buyers) as if we were her family. Always mindful and her thought process and concerns for our best interest was on target or way ahead of any concerns. Exceptional knowledge of the real estate system's rules and regulations (laws). She put in endless time in this difficult transaction and dealt with a lot of personalities with a heart of gold.
