Seller reviewAnne Green was the perfect match. She understood our need to sell quickly, her price point was perfectly set to sell fast yet still get us the best possible price. Without question any and all suggestions she made we did. (Which obviously worked with us going under contract within 24 hours on the market). Even if that had not happened so quickly, her marketing plan was better than any of my friends' realtors. She kept great contact and made sure everything was completed. We couldn't have dreamed of a better realtor for us, we are truly thankful for all her hard work.

Buyer reviewWhen I inquired about a rental I was contacted by Anne. We weren't looking to move and liked a house she represented for rent. While I didn't meet that owners qualifications, Anne didn't simply say "no" or ignore me like most have done in the past. I have a very unique situation and I feel like she saw the potential in us. She told me I should look into buying and recommended a great lender. That lender got me pre-approved and I began working with Anne to find our home. She gave great suggestions m, was always available, worked fast, and also taught us a lot along the way. Whenever we got discouraged she stayed persistent and assured us we would find our home. This has been a dream come true. 5 years ago I was a single father and homeless. For a week I lived in a rundown motel for $40 a night. After that a fammily member let us stay. After years of hard work and dedication things changed for the better. The idea that today my wife and children own a beautiful home is the most amazing thing and so surreal. This last week I've felt like I am in a vacation home. I can say 100% that we would NOT be here and NOT be in this home of our dreams had it not been for Anne. She is a great realtor but first and foremost she is a great person. She doesn't judge or assume. She is a blessing to our family and we our forever greatful. Anne, thank you so much!
