Seller reviewI would definitely classify the sale of my property as "a challenge" and, the realtor performed above and beyond her required duties. As an out-of-town seller, I was very limited in what I could do to help facilitate the sales process and Anne was there to help every step. In addition, the house had it's own set of issues and, she helped to navigate it all which was very helpful As I told Anne, she was A+++ to work with and I was very appreciative of her efforts. Always accessible and quick to respond..

I can safely say I would highly recommend her without hesitation. Simply put, Anne was great, and appeared to have a great working relationship with all parties involved. Anne was great about being available when needed and would promptly return messages on those rare occasion that she couldn't take my call.

Anne is a class act who works tirelessly at her job! If not for her constant work and diligence, this sale would never have gotten closed! I have nothing but high praise for her!!!! I could not have been more satisfied with Ann on all accounts. She is wise about her area and her people who are both looking and selling. I have and will continue to recommend Ann to everyone who may need a realtor. She is so knowledgeable about her area, people, what customers want, is able to answer any questions, and she knows her job better than anyone could ask of her. She also goes at it about one hundred miles an hour. She can think days ahead to get things done. She is willing to put herself out there to get thinks done faster. I could not trust anyone more. Ann YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!
