Anne Rubin is the consummate professional, and that is extremely important to me. Anne sold a property for me about 10 years ago and I contacted her again when I decided to put my condominium on the market. The condo was a modestly priced property, yet Anne treated me as if I were selling a multi-million dollar home. She ensured the home was photographed properly by a professional photographer and marketed the property aggressively. Her strategy worked brilliantly as there were immediate showings booked and several offers. I chose Anne for her depth of real estate experience. The market is flooded with tons of new real estate agents, but I wanted someone who knew the neighborhood intimately and also had experience with my particular condominium building. I appreciated the use of electronic signatures when dealing with the paperwork. It saved time and was very efficient. When I signed the contract to put the property on the market, Anne informed me that she would be traveling away for the next two weeks to visit family that she had not been able to see for several years because of COVID. Anne traveled overseas to another continent, but she never missed a beat. She coordinated showings, kept me apprised of feedback from the showings, and sent me several emails/text messages. Despite the significant time difference, she called me several times to discuss particular details of the offers. It was if she was right down the street. Customer service was foremost in her mind and she made me feel valued. I felt as if I was a priority, even while she was on vacation. Amazing. While most of my interactions were with Anne, she had her assistant in the loop on all messages. She gave me her contact information and ensured me that I was in good hands with her. That was a perfect safety net. I did not feel like I was ever left hanging. Extremely professional. Anne went above and beyond. As I said previously, this was not a high priced property and yet she treated me as if I were selling an important property.

You patiently took us through the process entirely , keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Our lives are changed for the betterment. For that we are FOREVER GRATEFUL! ?????

I can't imagine working with anyone else to buy a home in the Breyer Woods community, specially. We really enjoyed our entire buying and selling experience and Anne made that happen.

We would recommend Anne highly to our closest friends or family. There was a good deal of emotion on our part in selling our home of more than 45 years where we had raised our family and been so happy. Anne was empathetic and so understanding of all our feelings and needs. We were excited for this next step in our lives but also anxious. Anne truly helped us through all those feelings and never got impatient. She was also very effective with the seller's agent who was not always forthcoming or available. We hope to not sell our new home (maybe ever) but if we did, we wouldn't go to anyone but Anne.
