I can't imagine selling the house without Annette's help... when I was in the area to prepare for sale it was her help that found repair people, cleanup crews etc. I would never have been able to coordinate the effort as effectively as Annette. I also appreciate that she was very available whenever I called from Maui. She is a top notch agent who is worth every penny of her salary I was extremely satisfied with Annette's work especially since this was a problem house that needed the coordination of exterminators, cleaners, landscapers, trash haulers and repair people to make the sale possible. Since I was from out of town she was absolutely essential for coordinating all these crews and getting the house ready for sale. With her help I was able to get the house ready for sale in less than 3 weeks so I could get back home to Maui as fast as possible to wait for the sale. With Annette's guidance on the Yuma market we were able to price the house in such a way that it sold within a reasonably short time for a very fair price even though the house had many challenges in that it had not been properly maintained for many years prior to sale. In summary Annette is truly a full service realtor who earns her salary. She knows people who can be called upon to help get the house ready for sale. Annette is also very easy to reach and really works for your sale through all its stages. When you sale a home Annette is someone you really need on your team.
