The photographs taken of the house were beautiful. AJ highlighted all the improvements we made over the years and wrote a lovely description. The valuation was spot on and we sold quickly for a great amount. AJ listened to our concerns and requests and respected our wishes throughout the process.

I have worked with A.J. Allen in the past to purchase a couple of rental properties and was very impressed with his knowledge of the housing market and at that time he was fairly new.
