I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. I have been in commissioned sales for over 30 years enabling me to get GREAT results for my clients! Once we started looking at houses and working with Tony our minds were at ease. He explained absolutely every step of the process, answered all of our questions and was available at any time of the day. He was by our side the entire nine months we were looking. We greatly appreciate him being so patient and even taking us to houses that he knew probably wasn't the house for us- he never said anything negative, he was always extremely positive and willing to go to as many houses as we wanted. Buyer reviewTony was referred to us by a friend a few years ago when we were purchasing our first home and we knew he was the realtor we wanted for our next home purchase Tony worked really hard to get the seller to do the improvements needed to the home before we moved in. Tony was negotiating the purchase of our home on New Year's Eve, the man is unstoppable Tony really is the best! It truly feels as though he cares for, and works hard for, his clients. He got us into the perfect home and was able to sell our previous home fast and for more than we were expecting! Can't recommend or say enough good things about Tony.

Buyer reviewI finally figured out on realtor.com how to contact the listing agent. I found a house. I called Tony.I am so grateful that he promptly returned my call. The seller was going to make a decision soon. I live in Florida. I was very comfortable purchasing the house or of state. I'm from that area. Tony did a walk thru the next day. He did caution me prior to walk thru that he didn't recommend not seeing the house in person. We did the walk thru. I made an offer. He wrote it up the proposal afterwards. He saw the seller that afternoon. Called me later in the day and congratulated me. He was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and a great person to work with. Please thank him again for me. He is a 10 out of 10. Thank Tony personally from me for assisting in the buying of my new house. Without his prompt actions the house would have sold to someone else. He loves his Job. Buyer reviewThis was the first time we've had our own realtor on the buying side. From day 1, Tony cared about us and far exceeded our expectations. From phone calls, to texts, to emails - Tony was always on it, ahead of the 8 ball, and in constant communication with us, even while he was on vacation. There were several times throughout the process he went way above and beyond for us. First - we made an offer and the sellers made a counter offer. We discussed and let Tony know our decision. Later that afternoon, he had worked out a deal better than we could've imagined, saving us thousands. Second - we submitted our requests for repairs and Tony spent several days negotiating with the sellers and their agent (while on vacation!). We got a call from Tony and he had the amazing news that the sellers agreed to our requests. I could go on, but hopefully these examples show the amount of care he has for his clients. He went above and beyond like this because he cares. And this is what very likely sets him apart from other agents. I can't tell you how much care Tony had for us throughout the whole process. We're indebted to him. If we ever sell and buy again, we'll be calling Tony, no questions asked. Tony is without a doubt the realtor you'd want in your corner. Buyer reviewTake some advice from someone who has experienced Tony listen to him trust him and his analysis he knows what he's doing and he will do the very best for you. Don't listen to what he tells you and it will probably cost you and then you'll wish that you listened
